Portal access
This portal is provided to Ruff N Paws clients for managing pet profiles, appointments, forms, boarding information, service records, and invoices. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, pet, vaccine, medical, and emergency information. Contact Ruff N Paws promptly if important information changes.
Appointments and services
Appointment requests are not final until approved by Ruff N Paws. Services remain subject to availability, applicable service agreements, cancellation policies, deposits, and pricing shown in the portal or provided directly to you.
Payments
You are responsible for charges associated with approved services. Payment processing is provided through secure third-party services. Any separate signed service or payment agreement remains controlling for that service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use another person’s account. Ruff N Paws may restrict portal access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, pets, or the system.
